His most recent acquisition with partners has been a 90000 sq ft office building in Mays Landing NJ, again a no money down transaction at a purchase price of just under six (6) million dollars. Mr. Becker is the author of five real estate investment books and has recorded 18 educational and motivational audiotapes.
